Bilingual, bicultural staff provide services to the
community. Services are available without regard for
race, language, ethnic origin, or the ability to pay.
Services include:

Utility assistance through the LIHEAP and
UESF programs

Assistance in obtaining Certificates from the United
States, Puerto Rico
and the Virgin Island. A nominal fee is charged.

“Aging in Place” services for persons
experiencing the limitations of age
and their family members
Counseling
Counseling is offered to the community of North Philadelphia who are in need
of mental health services. The counselors are professionals and are dedicated
to providing service with respect and empathy.
Casa is a state licensed outpatient
mental health center, and a contracted provider for Community
Behavioral Health
Care.
