Casa del Carmen is a multi-faceted, bilingual, bicultural family service center located in North Philadelphia.

Committed to strengthening and supporting families, Casa del Carmen provides the following services:

•Information and referral services
• Intake and assessment services
• Assistance in obtaining certificates from the United States, Puerto Rico
  and the Virgin Islands
• Translation services
•

FEMA assistance for rent, mortgage and/or utilities
• ESOL (English for speakers of other languages) classes
• Job trainng and placement program
• Access to the Homeless Prevention Program for qualified applicants who have an eviction notice (rent only) and are at risk of being homeless
• Family Strengthening Program (Parenting Education and Support)
• Prenatal education and support

  Located on the Casa del Carmen campus. The Casa del Carmen Academy is a licensed, Keystone Stars 2 pre-school and afterschool/summer program serving 72 children ages 3 years to 12 years. The program operates year-round and accepts CCIS subsidy.

Consumer Credit Counseling Services of Delaware Valley (CCCS)
  Also located on the Casa del Carmen Campus, CCCS is a non-profit organization that provides budget, credit, and housing counseling, as well as a debt managment and credit education program
