We serve all people without regard to race, national origin, creed, or income level. Services are free with the exception of counseling, which is billed on a sliding fee scale in accordance with family size and income level.

At our West Grove office, bi-lingual and bi-cultural staff work closely with other agencies in the community to advocate on behalf of clients. We maintain lists of housing and employment opportunities. Walk-ins welcomed, though appointments are appreciated.
