Immigration and Refugee Services
 

The mission of the Immigration and Refugee Services programs are to promote family unity and participation in our culturally diverse society by providing comprehensive, high quality, affordable legal services to immigrants and their families in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

Assistance with completing and filing immigration petitions
Citizenship
Family based immigration assistance
Permanent residency
Religious work visas
Labor certifications
Asylum applications
Representation before the Citizenship and Immigration Services
  and the immigration court
Representation before the Board of Immigration Appeals
   
Fees
Nominal fees are charged for immigration counseling. Client is
  responsible for application and court costs.

Staff
• Attorneys who specialize in the practice of immigration law
• Accredited representatives who are supervised by an attorney

Anyone who lives or works within the geographic limitations of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia and within the jurisdiction of the Citizenship and Immigration Services Philadelphia distinct office and its Immigration Court is eligible for services

Resettlement Services
Resettlement Services are provided to persons who enter the United States with refugee status and who are assigned to Catholic Social Services in accord with the Cooperative Agreement with the U.S. Department of State and the United States Catholic Conference of Bishops/Migration and Refugee Services.
